Why don't I have access?
Ensure that the username you used to connect your TradingView account is accurate. If it is, refresh your browser or app and check your indicators menu on TradingView again.
Please note that if you just created a TradingView account when signing up for SMRT Algo, it may take 5 – 10 minutes to be indexed in TradingView’s userbase.
When is a signal confirmed?
A signal is confirmed at SMRT Algo once the candle has closed, indicating the completion of its time period and the beginning of the next candle.
Does SMRT Algo facilitate automatic trading?
SMRT Algo is built as a comprehensive toolset to enable traders in developing their own personalized trading strategies. While we do not currently offer a programmable TradingView strategy, we are actively working on incorporating this feature to enhance our offerings in the future. Which markets and timeframes does SMRT Algo work on?

There is no definitive “best timeframe” as it depends on current market conditions, your trading style, and other factors. While higher timeframes are generally recommended, many users have found success optimizing SMRT Algo for lower timeframes as well, allowing for more frequent trading opportunities and faster market reactions. Does SMRT Algo work with Metatrader?
No, it is not for Metatrader. Our indicators work exclusively on the Tradingview website and the Tradingview mobile app for Android and IOS. We analyze the chart on tradingview, wait for an entry-setup and execute the trade at the broker or MetaTrader. But we have techniques to send automated signals from SMRT Algo to Metatrader 4 and 5. Our staff can assist you with the information after your signup.
