Frequently Asked Questions
Does SMRT Algo repaint?
No. The signal locks the moment a candle closes and never moves. We've published the rule in our docs and it's a non-negotiable. Entry, invalidation, and take-profit levels are committed at signal time and stay where they are.
Will SMRT Algo make me money?
SMRT Algo is a system, not a guarantee. It gives you cleaner signals, defined entry and exit points, and a process to follow — all of which give you a structural advantage over discretionary trading. The trading itself is still on you, and trading carries real risk.
Anyone in this category promising guaranteed profits is selling fiction. We don't.
How is SMRT Algo different from a regular indicator suite?
Most indicator products give you isolated tools that you have to combine on your own. SMRT Algo is a coordinated system — every Indicator talks to the others through the confluence engine. The result is fewer signals than a typical setup-finder, but each signal carries weight from multiple aligned factors instead of one.
What markets and timeframes does it work on?
Anything TradingView charts: crypto, stocks, forex, and futures. The system is designed for the 5-minute through 4-hour timeframes for most Indicators, with Scalper Bot tuned specifically for 1m–15m setups.
We don't recommend SMRT Algo for sub-1-minute scalping or weekly investing — neither is what the system was built for, and we'd rather you not subscribe than have a bad fit.
How fast can I get started?
Median setup is 47 seconds. You'll get a 30-second video in your welcome email walking you through it. If you get stuck, reply to the email — we'll get you set up.
Do I need a paid TradingView account?
Yes — TradingView's Essential plan ($14.95/mo) is the cheapest tier that works for the Essential SMRT Algo membership, because you'll need at least 5 indicator slots. Pro members typically use TradingView's Plus plan ($29.95/mo) to fit the full Indicator set.
Can I cancel? How does that work?
Yes. Cancellation is two clicks in your account dashboard. Membership is month-to-month — no long-term contracts, no fine print. We email you 3 days before every renewal so there are no surprise charges.
