01.Overview & Acceptance
These Affiliate Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in the SMRT Algo Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to our standard Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not participate in the Program. We reserve the right to update, modify, or terminate these Terms at any time, with continued participation constituting acceptance of the updated Terms.
02.Eligibility
To join the SMRT Algo Affiliate Program you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have an active website, social channel, newsletter, or other promotional platform
- Be located in a country eligible to receive payments via our payout processor
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- Not be a current SMRT Algo employee, contractor, or immediate family member of one
Approval into the Program is at SMRT Algo's sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline any application without explanation.
03.Commission Structure & Payouts
Approved affiliates earn a commission on each qualifying sale generated through their unique referral link. Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, processing fees, refunds, and chargebacks.

Cookie window
Referrals are attributed using a 30-day cookie window. If a visitor clicks your affiliate link and completes a purchase within 30 days, the sale is credited to your account.
Payout schedule
Commissions become available 30 days after the purchase date to account for refund and chargeback windows. Payouts are processed monthly, on or around the 15th of each month, for all commissions cleared in the prior period. The minimum payout threshold is $50 USD. Balances below the threshold roll over to the following payout period.
04.Allowed Promotion Methods
The following promotion methods are encouraged and supported:
What you can do
- Honest reviews and walkthroughs of SMRT Algo on your own website, blog, or YouTube channel
- Email newsletters to your own opted-in audience
- Social media posts (Twitter / X, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn) with proper affiliate disclosure
- Discord and community posts in spaces where promotion is allowed
- Educational content explaining how the indicators work
- Side-by-side feature comparisons with other trading tools
- Tutorials and setup guides linking to your affiliate URL
What you cannot do
- Bid on SMRT Algo brand keywords in any PPC platform
- Run misleading ads about non-existent promotions or discounts
- Make income, return, or performance guarantees of any kind
- Spam, mass-DM, or send unsolicited bulk email
- Use SMRT Algo trademarks in domains, URLs, or app store listings
- Impersonate SMRT Algo or imply official endorsement
- Refer your own purchases or those of immediate family
05.Prohibited Promotion Methods
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account, forfeiture of any unpaid commissions, and potential legal action where appropriate.
Brand keyword bidding (PPC)
You may not run any paid search or paid social campaign that targets SMRT Algo brand keywords — including but not limited to "SMRT Algo," "SMRT Algo review," "SMRT Algo discount," "SMRT Algo signals," or any close variation, misspelling, or translation thereof.
This applies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Reddit Ads, and any other paid placement. Bidding on brand terms diverts warm, intent-driven traffic that would have arrived organically — it does not create incremental value, and is grounds for immediate removal from the Program with all commissions reversed.
Misleading or fake promotions
You may not advertise, display, or imply the existence of any discount, coupon, sale, or promotion that has not been officially issued by SMRT Algo. Examples include — but are not limited to — promoting fictional discount codes, fabricated limited-time offers, or false claims about free trials or money-back guarantees. Promotional codes may only be used if explicitly assigned to you or made publicly available by SMRT Algo.
Financial claims, returns & income guarantees
SMRT Algo provides educational tools only — not financial advice. You may not make any claims about specific trading results, expected returns, win rates, profit amounts, or income that a user can or will achieve by using SMRT Algo. This includes — but is not limited to — testimonials that imply typical results, screenshots of inflated or cherry-picked returns, "get rich" framing, or any language suggesting SMRT Algo is a guaranteed path to profit.
All marketing material must be consistent with our Disclaimer: SMRT Algo is a charting and analysis tool, past performance does not guarantee future results, and trading involves substantial risk of loss.
Spam & unsolicited outreach
You may not promote SMRT Algo through unsolicited bulk email, SMS, forum spam, comment spam, mass direct messages, or any other channel that violates CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or equivalent anti-spam laws in your jurisdiction.
Trademark misuse
You may not register domain names, app names, social handles, or business names containing "SMRT Algo," "SMRTAlgo," or confusingly similar variations. You may not modify our logos, alter our brand assets, or create derivative marks. Affiliate landing pages must not present themselves as official SMRT Algo pages.
Self-referrals & commission fraud
You may not earn commission on your own purchases or those of immediate family members. You may not use multiple accounts, fake clicks, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any other method to artificially inflate referral activity. All suspected fraudulent activity is subject to investigation and may result in account termination plus reversal of commissions.
Adult, illegal, or inappropriate content
SMRT Algo links may not be placed on websites or in content that contains adult material, hate speech, violence, illegal activity, copyright-infringing material, or content that violates the rights of third parties.
06.Brand & Trademark Usage
SMRT Algo grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use our name, logos, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products as an affiliate. This license terminates immediately upon removal from the Program.
All brand assets must be used as provided. You may not stretch, recolor, crop, or otherwise modify SMRT Algo logos. Approved marketing materials, banners, and product imagery are available in your affiliate dashboard.
07.Disclosure Requirements
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with SMRT Algo in compliance with the U.S. FTC Endorsement Guides and equivalent regulations in your jurisdiction (including the UK ASA, EU consumer protection rules, and similar). Disclosure must be:
- Clear and conspicuous — placed where viewers will see it before clicking the affiliate link
- Unambiguous — phrases like "I may earn a commission if you sign up through my link" are acceptable; vague tags like "#sp" or "#aff" buried at the end are not
- Platform-appropriate — every video, post, email, or article that contains an affiliate link must carry its own disclosure
08.Refunds, Chargebacks & Reversals
Commissions are reversed in full for any referred sale that is subsequently refunded, charged back, or cancelled within the refund window. If a commission has already been paid out for a sale that is later reversed, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your next payout — or invoiced back to you if no future payout is available.
Repeated chargebacks or refund patterns linked to a specific affiliate may indicate fraudulent activity and can result in account termination.
09.Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. SMRT Algo reserves the right to terminate any affiliate immediately for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your affiliate link and tracking will be deactivated
- You must remove all SMRT Algo branding, links, and promotional material from your channels within 14 days
- Cleared commissions earned before termination will be paid out at the next scheduled payout, subject to refund/chargeback adjustments
- Commissions tied to violations of these Terms are forfeited and may be clawed back if already paid
10.Compliance With Laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform-specific advertising policies in every jurisdiction where you operate. This includes financial-promotion regulations (FCA, SEC, ASIC, MAS and equivalents), consumer protection laws, tax obligations on commissions earned, and the advertising policies of any platform you use.
SMRT Algo is not responsible for any penalty, fine, or legal action arising from your failure to comply with applicable law.
11.Changes To These Terms
We may update these Affiliate Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. The updated version will be marked with a new "Last updated" date and becomes effective the moment it is posted. Continued participation in the Program after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable effort to notify active affiliates by email when material changes are made.

By joining or continuing to participate in the SMRT Algo Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Affiliate Terms — including the prohibited promotion methods outlined in Section 05.
